怀洪新河特大桥预应力混凝土连续箱梁合拢施工技术

摘    要:怀洪新河特大桥主桥为九跨一联375m长的预应力混凝土等截面连续箱梁,采用悬臂浇筑法施工。合拢施工是整座桥梁上部构造施工的关键环节,对合拢段进行必要的施工控制,可以保证桥梁上部构造线形顺畅,内力分配和传递合理,从而确保工程质量。介绍合拢施工中边跨现浇段施工、边跨合拢段施工和中跨合拢段施工的关键技术,以及合拢施工的主要质量控制方法。

Construction Techniques for Closure of the PC Continuous Box Girder of Huai -hongxin River Major Bridge

Abstract:The equal cross - section PC continuous box girders with 375 meters long using nine spans as one unit are adopted in superstructure of main bridge of Huai - hongxin River Major Bridge, and cast - in - place cantilever method is constructed. Closure construction is the key link for superstructure construction of the main bridge. Construction control is essential for closure section, it can ensure line shape smooth and internal force distributed and transferred in reason, accordingly engineering quality is insured. In this paper, the key techniques of construction including side spans casted in site and closured, middle spans closured and the main quality control method of closure construction are described.
