摘    要:以内蒙古鄂尔多斯市沿黄一级公路大路-树林召段工程项目实践为依据,针对近年来摊铺、碾压机具的快速发展,通过对32 cm厚底基层"全宽、超厚"一次性成型工艺与最大干容重及最佳含水量的试验途径相匹配与否,以及水泥稳定碎石混合料级配的优化对半刚性结构层抗裂性能的意义等方面的探究,为这种新施工工艺和新试验方法在高等级公路上的进一步推广应用提供参考依据。

Abstract:In the light of the rapid development of pavers and rollers,based on the project of Ordos Yanhuang arterial highway(the section from Dalu to Shulinzhao),the thesis studies the matching of one-step molding process of overall width and 32cm thickness base and test ways of maximum dry density and optimum water content,as well as the significance of gradation optimization of cement stabilized macadam for the anti-cracking performance of semi-rigid base.It can provide reference for a further promotion of this new process and test method in high class highway construction.
