光电设备中功率器件的散热优化设计

摘    要:采用传统的热设计理论及经验公式对功率器件进行了散热设计,并校核了散热器的性能指标,同时介绍了散热器的散热原理;提出散热器优化问题,讨论了散热器的理论优化和工程优化的不同,以及在工程实际情况下功率器件如何与散热器达到最优匹配,并对散热器进行了优化设计。

Abstract:This paper cools power components by the theory of traditional thermal design and experience expressions.And it proofreads the temperature of heat sinks.It introduces the cooling theory of heat sinks and advances the optimization of heat sinks.Discusses the differences between the theoretical optimization and the practical optimization.It puts forward power components how to match best with their heat sinks accordingly in the practical working situations.Also,it tells to optimize heat sinks.
