电力推进科考船能效评估方法探索研究

摘    要:以电力推进科考船为研究对象,分析了船舶能效管理计划(SEEMP)和智能船舶规范中货运船能效评估指标,结合科考船的实际情况,提出了适合电力推进科考船的能效评估指标,并通过实船能效计算验证指标的有效性,对电力推进科考船的能效评估进行了探索性研究,为后续研究提供参考。

Abstract:Basing on the electric propulsion research vessel, this paper analyzes the energy efficiency evaluation index of the cargo ship in the ship energy efficiency management plan (SEEMP) and the intelligent ship standard. By studying the actual working condition of the ship, it gives the evaluation index suited for the electric propulsion research vessel, and the evaluation index is verified by calculating the energy of the the actual ship.This paper gives an exploratory study of the electric propulsion research vessel, and provides a reliable reference for the following study.
