测量机器人在道路施工动态控制中的应用研究

摘    要:针对目前道路测量与施工不同步的现状,根据测量机器人自动跟踪动态测量的技术特点,提出利用测量机器人进行道路施工动态控制原理的方法。主要从施工点的三维测量、施工点在道路三维模型中的位置分析、施工点设计标高的确定、施工参数的解算等方面,详细阐述道路施工动态控制的原理,并对动态控制系统程序和组织提出设计方案,为实现道路测量和施工的一体化、程序化提供完整的理论基础。

Abstract:Aiming at present status quo in which the road measurement is asynchronous with construction and based on the technical features of auto-tracking and dynamic measuring by measuring robot,this paper suggests the principle and method of dynamic control for road construction via measuring robot.In the paper,the principle of dynamic control for road construction is described in detail principally dependent on three-dimensional measurements for construction locations, analysis of positions of construction locations in three-dimensional road model,determination for designed elevation of construction locations and calculation of construction parameters,etc.,and the design schemes are proposed for dynamic control system program and organization,setting a complete theoretical basis for realizing the integration and routinization of road measurement and construction.
