| Abstract: | This paper, based on the characteristics of typhoon and shipping lane, and some accident cases, analyses the influence of the character, route and the variation of wind direction to inland vessels within Jiangsu.jurisdiction of tile Yangtze River. This Paper also proposes some measures that should be taken by the vessels above mentioned to avoid the influence of typhoon, the principle of power distribution between vessel and its company, promote the capability of emergency response to typhoon. |
