| 摘 要： | 采用6σ质量控制方法对钢箱梁施工过程进行问题诊断与质量控制。基于钢箱梁的具体制作工艺,详细探讨了6σ质量控制方法的原理以某钢箱梁的施工为例,采用6σ质量控制方法分析了其工序能力,并提出解决方案,结果证明该方法可降低产品不合格率,提高工程质量

| Abstract: | 6σquality control method was adopted to diagnose problems and control quality in the steel box beam construction process.Based on the production process of steel box beam,the theory of 6σquality control method was discussed.In case of the construction of a steel box beam,the process capability was analyzed by 6σquality control method,and solutions were put forward.The results show that this method can reduce product failure rate and improve project quality. |
