压实均匀性的影响因素及其评价

摘    要:针对压实不均匀的问题,探讨了振幅、频率、碾压速度对压实度均匀性的影响。研究表明:轮宽方向振幅均匀是确保压实均匀性的最基本要求:压路机振动轮激振力作用中心面与振动体质心的重合程度是影响振动轮振幅均匀性的关键因素;在振动轮直径一定时,碾压速度主要由振动冲击间距决定。建议对压实均匀性采用概率统计的方法进行评价。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of compaction non-uniformity,the effects of amplitude,frequency and compaction velocity on compaction uniformity were studied.The results show that amplitude uniformity in width is the most essential condition to ensure the compaction uniformity;the key factor to vibrating amplitude uniformity is that the central plane of vibratory wheel on which the exciting force acts coincides with the centroid of vibration mass;when the diameter of vibratory wheel is set,the compaction velocity depe...
