| 摘 要： | 对国内外河口航道治理工程进行分析比较，认为：大河河口航道的治理难度大、周期长；拦门沙航道的治理是关键；不同河口水文泥沙特性千差万别，治理方案须因地制宜；在河口航道治理中，整治与疏浚相结合已成为普遍采用的手段，而且多数以整治为主；重视航道建设与河口综合治理相结合。对长江口航道整治的启示如下：长江口航道治理采取整治与疏浚相结合，多手段多方案研究制定合理方案，工程建设期间须加强现场观测和动态管理。实践表明：长江口航道整治难度极大，必须不断深化对河口水沙运动规律的认识，突破创新，才能取得成功。
