Cyclin E及p53的表达与早期胃癌进展及淋巴结转移的关系

目的　了解CyclinE及 p5 3的表达与早期胃癌进展及淋巴结转移的关系。方法　用免疫组织化学方法检测了 1 0 8例早期胃癌CyclinE及p5 3的表达。结果　CyclinE及p5 3的表达与病人性别及肿瘤组织学类型有关 (P <0 0 5 )。CyclinE异常表达与肿瘤部位、浸润深度及胃壁淋巴管浸润有关 (P <0 0 5 )。CyclinE及p5 3联合异常表达的肿瘤多位于粘膜下 ,伴有淋巴管浸润及淋巴结转移。结论　CyclinE及 p5 3联合异常表达促进早期胃癌的进展及淋巴结转移。

Cyclin E and p53 expression in early gastric cancer:associatio n with tumor progression and lymph node metastasis

Objective To study the relationship among Cyclin E and p53 expression with the progression and lymph node metastasis of early gastric cancer. Methods The expression of Cyclin E and p53 was examined by means of immunohistochemistry in 108 cases with early gastric cancer.Results Both Cyclin E and p53 positive expression related to the gender of patients and the histology of tumors( P <0.05). Abnormal expression of Cyclin E related to tumor location, depth of invasion and lymphatic vessel invasion( P <0.05). Tumors with positive expression of Cyclin E and p53 at the same time were more deeply invaded, accompanied with lymphatic vessel invasion and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Co-expression of Cyclin E and p53 promote tumor progression and lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer.
