| 摘 要： | 针对某 4缸柴油机第 2缸出现的活塞拉缸事故 ,采用硬度塞法对其活塞温度场进行了实机测量 ,对活塞燃烧室底部烧穿的样品进行了金相分析。经分析表明 ,该型柴油机活塞的工作温度状态在标定功率下已达到了安全极限。最后从加强对活塞的冷却散热角度出发 ,提出了改进措施 ,并进行了实机试验

| Abstract: | In allusion to the 2nd cylinder piston scraping accident of four cylinder diesel engine used in tractor, measurement of piston temperature field is performed during diesel engine operation by means of hardness plug method, and metallographic analysis to burning through example of combustion chamber bottom is carried out. The analysis indicates that work temperature state of the diesel engine piston has achieved safety limit on the basis of rated power. At last, aimed at strengthening piston cooling and radiating, the writer brings forwards improving measures and carries on engine experimentation. |
