摘    要:对二取二制式计算机联锁系统中的一项关键技术--通信技术进行研究.工作联锁机与备用联锁机之间的通信,是两台联锁机实现系统级同步的必要条件,也是整个系统实现故障安全防护(故障倒机)的必要前提.从数据分包方式、收发调度机制和差错处理原则等几个方面的分析表明,其工作模式简单、双机同步迅速、信息传输安全.上位机与联锁机之间的通信,采用冗余的通信网以及数据校验等安全措施,保证了车务终端与联锁系统之间信息交换的安全性,从联锁机发送、接收和上位机发送、接收四个方面的分析表明,其通信稳定性高,收发调度灵活,无通信时延.联锁机与安全智能I/O模块之间的通信,工作模式采用应答方式,分为数据预处理和CAN智能卡驱动两个通信层次,所采用的数据校验和正反码传输技术可以达到可靠的数据传送,该通信过程具有适应分布式系统控制、系统升级方便、多重安全防护等特点.

Abstract:One of the key technologies in a two-out-of-two computer interlocking system, communication technology, is described. In this paper, communication technology is introduced from 3 aspects: Firstly, communication between the working interlocking machine and the standby interlocking machine is not only the prerequisite to system-level synchronization between 2 interlocking machines, but also the presupposition of the failure-safety protection to the whole system. From data packet creating mode, communication control mechanism and error management principle, the conclusion can be drawn that the process is characterized by simple working mode, quick double-machine synchronization and safe data transmission, etc. Secondly, communication between interlocking machine and monitor-control machine guarantees the safety of information exchange between 2 systems because of redundancy communication network and data check measure. In terms of 4 aspects: interlocking machine data sending and receiving, monitor-control data sending and receiving, the process performs well in communication stability control flexibility and with no communication time delay, etc. Finally, communication between interlocking machine and failure-safety intelligent module works as responsion mode and is classified as 2 levels (data preprocessing and CAN card driver). Some technologies such as data checking and positive-reverse code transmission are adopted in this function in order to obtain data transmission reliability. The process can be applied in distributing control systems and is characterized by convenient system update and multiple safety protection.
