摘    要:针对某行星传动齿轮减速器振动大的问题,通过振动测试,得到减速器的固有频率和振动速度频谱图,发现造成减速器振动偏大的原因,进而运用有限元分析软件寻求有效的改进方案.根据测试结果,对有限元计算模型进行反复修正,最终掌握了合理的有限元建模分析方法.通过对减速器箱体进行结构改进,采用验证过的有限元分析方法进行减速器固有频率计算,最终确定了对箱体进行结构改进的有效方案.
