船舶柴油机曲轴轴线状态评估系统开发与运用

摘    要:船舶柴油机曲轴是一个结构复杂,刚性差的零件,容易产生弯曲变形,曲轴轴线状态的正常与否决定了船舶柴油机的正常运行,从而决定了船舶的安危.由于计算机Java具有功能丰富、可移植性、安全性、支持可视化图形界面等优点,适合于编写系统软件.因此由Java开发出的一套系统软件,可以根据柴油机臂距差的测量数据,输出柴油机曲轴轴线状态曲线图,便于轮机人员准确而又直观地判断船舶柴油机曲轴轴线状态.

Abstract:Marine diesel engine crankshaft is a complex structure.Poor rigidity parts are prone to bending deformation.The normal state of the crankshaft axis determines the normal operation of marine diesel engine,and then determines the safety of the ship.The computer is equipped with Java with its features of rich functions such as portability,security and support for GUI visualization are suitable for the preparation of system software.Therefore a set of system software Java has developed bases on the measurement ...
