船用汽轮发电机组齿轮传动减振降噪技术研究

摘    要:通过对减速器齿轮传动振动噪声产生的机理与传播途径进行分析,提出了对减振降噪行之有效的齿形修形方法和经验公式.以船用汽轮发电机组的NWF型减速器为研究对象,对其修形前后的振动噪声进行测试对比分析,试验结果表明此齿轮修形方法能够有效降低减速器的振动噪声.

Abstract:Though the analysis on the mechanism and transmission mode of vibration noise on gearbox,tooth modifying method and empirical formula that could effectively reduce vibration and noise are proposed.A NWF type gearbox of the marine turbogenerator is selected as the investigating subject.Its vibration and noise is tested and contrastively analyzed between the original and the modified gearbox.The results indicate that the tooth modifying method can effectively reduce the vibration noise of the gearbox.
