摘    要:
详细介绍了影响HXD1型电力机车驱动装置主动齿轮齿向修形的主要因素及其理论计算公式,指出影响主动齿轮轮齿两侧不等边修形的主要因素是通过轴箱轴承作用在轴颈上的机车重量和牵引力对车轴弯曲变形的影响,并与进口主动齿轮齿向修形的实测值进行比较,得到了比较合理的主动齿轮齿向修形理论值。

Abstract:
Presented in this paper are the main factors of tooth profile modifications and its calculation formulas for type HXD1 electric locomotive′s drive pinion.It is indicated that the main factors of inequilateral tooth profile modifications are the locomotive weight acting on axle-neck through axle box bearing and axle bending caused by traction force.Comparing to the imported drive pinion tooth profile modification test data,more reasonable academic data for drive pinion tooth profile modification are obtained.
