| Abstract: | Upon the basis of analysing the characteristics and requirements of emergency traffic guarantee,the guiding thinking and principles for organising emergency traffic support are dealt with in the paper,with the drawing steps,and main content of the plan presented,and methods and measures which help doing a good job of it suggested.The paper aims at offering a good thinking way and countermeasures for the drawing of emergency traffic ensuring plans. |
