| 摘 要： | 在城市交通供需平衡分析的基础上，分析城市交通系统的耦合关系，初步构建基于供需的城市交通耦合系统，指出交通供给和交通需求在总量上达到平衡，在结构和功能上密切耦合是城市交通的最优化状态。为确保交通耦合系统的运行，提升交通系统的整体效益，必须建立系统协同机制和整合机制。
