| 摘 要： | 在UG本身强大的CAD/CAE功能的基础上,利用UGAPI二次开发接口,针对某厂各种运输大型零件用包装箱(包括框架木箱、铁木箱、简易木箱、简易铁箱、铁箱)的设计、应力分析难题,开发了一个包装箱专用CAD/CAE系统,实现了包装箱设计、应力分析、工艺资料生成的自动化,开发的图文档管理软件能够对包装箱的相关图纸及文档进行有效管理。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of stress analysis in packing case design,a special CAD/CAE system is developed by means of the software UG in which the UGAPI functions is utilized.The basic functions of the system include the automatic design and automatic stress analysis of the packing case as well as the automatic establishment of the technology data.The documents management module of the software system can be used to manage the blueprints and documents of the packing cases. |
