摘    要:为保障取、排水口工程设施安全,充分发挥其为工、农业生产供水的重要作用,减小发生船舶撞击取、排水口建筑的安全隐患,保证过往船舶的航行安全,文中就长江沿岸取、排水口设置现状进行调查,介绍了各取、排水工程的安全状况,从通航安全的角度对取、排水口水上设施进行船撞风险识别,并重点对现有的安全防护措施进行分类对比,提出保护取、排水工程安全的基本措施与建议.

Abstract:To ensure the safety of water intake and outfall facilities and give full play to their important,trying to reduce the possibility of ship collision and securing navigation safety,in this paper,safe condition of water intake and outfall facilities along Yangtze river is given out through an investigation.Risk source recognition is figured out for navigation safety.Emphasizing on the comparison of existing security protection measures,basic measures and suggestions are given for the construction of water intake and outfall facilities,which is meaningful for safety of vessel traffic and ship management.
