基于改进微分进化算法的节能减排发电调度研究

摘    要:从节能、环保效益出发,建立了电力系统节能、减排发电调度多目标优化模型。主要采用小生境思想对pareto非劣排序的拥挤度机制进行改进,并采用动态调整机制控制算法参数对传统的进化机制进行改进。以一个6发电单元的系统为例进行仿真,结果表明:对比传统NSGA-II与NSDE算法,该改进非劣微分进化算法(INSDE)能够更好地引导并保证搜索过程向最优解逼近。

Abstract:A multi-objective optimal model of dispatch of energy-saving and emissionreduction generation in the power system is constructed in this paper from the perspective of energy-saving,environmental protectiom.Niche strategy is applied to improve the crowing mechanism in the process of pareto non-dominated sorting operation,and the parameter of dynamic adjustment mechanism control algorithm is introduced to improve the traditional evolutionary mechanism.The improved differential evolution algorithm(INSDE) has been tested on a 6-unit system,the results demonstrate compared with the traditional NSGA-Ⅱ and NSDE algorithm,the improved INSDE can better guide and ensure the search process to approach the optimal solution.
