掺聚合物的橡胶混凝土路用性能研究

摘    要:为研究聚合物对橡胶混凝土性能的改善作用,比较了不同橡胶掺量的聚合物改性混凝土路用性能。通过密度、抗折强度、抗压强度及劈裂强度试验,分析了掺聚合物的橡胶混凝土基本力学性能及物性的变化规律,并通过冲击试验分析了混凝土的抗冲击韧性;参照混凝土抗折强度试验方法,研究了掺聚合物的橡胶混凝土的粘结性能;采用噪声仪及超声波仪分析了橡胶混凝土的减振降噪效果。结果表明:替代粗集料的橡胶体积分数不超过30%时,可获得路用性能及减振降噪效果较优的橡胶混凝土路面材料。
