港口岸线集约利用评价指标研究

摘    要:港口岸线作为一种不可再生资源,是区域经济发展的重要支撑,开展岸线集约利用研究具有重大战略意义。通过对顺岸式、挖入式、突堤式岸线布置形式进行分析,建立岸线利用强度指标模型,讨论岸线集约利用措施。研究结果表明:理论状态下挖入式与突堤式布置岸线利用强度大致相当且均高于1,顺岸式布置岸线利用强度最低,近似为1;不同类型岸线布置形式对不同水文、泥沙、地形、陆域及装卸作业的适用性不同,港口岸线集约利用需要综合考虑岸线利用强度和制约因素,重点考虑使得岸线强度正向增量价值和制约因素负向价值代数和最大的布置形式;选择挖入式和突堤式布置时,建议岸线利用强度在2~6相对较为合适。

Abstract:As a kind of non-renewable resource,coastline zone plays a key role in promoting regional economy.Therefore,the study of intensive use of coastline is of great significance for coastline resource management.This paper analyzes the layout pattern of alongside,excavated and jetty wharves,establishes an index model that evaluates the intensive use of coastline for three types to discuss the measures of intensive utilization.The results of the study show that the intensity of coastline use of excavated and jetty wharves are ideally at roughly equal levels,accounting for greater than 1.0,but the alongside wharf reaches the minimum values,accounting for approximate to 1.0.Applicability of various layouts of coastline is affected by factors such as hydrological condition,sedimentation status,topography,storage yard arrangement and handling technology,the coastline planning should be undertaken under restraints of these factors and targeted utilization intensity,and the layout that enables algebraic sum of positive incremental and negative constraining value of shoreline strength to reach maximum value should be given greater emphasis.The coastline-utilization level range of from 2 to 6 is recommended for excavated and jetty wharves.
