摘    要:结合国内某港区散杂货泊位改造工程,对基于高桩码头改造所产生的新建钢管板桩结构进行数值分析。首先,建立数值模型,将传统板桩码头前墙结构受土压力作用的数值计算结果与理论计算结果进行比较,验证数值方法的准确性;其次,基于此数值方法建立研究土体边界选取的三维数值模型,分析土体的边界范围对码头结构应力的影响;最后,对钢管板桩结构进行运营荷载作用下的三维数值模拟,对结构的应力及位移进行分析。通过数值模拟及理论分析发现:在钢管板桩结构数值模型中,当土体边界达到60~80 m时,可以忽略土体的边界效应;在码头面设计荷载作用下,新建结构所受土压力和产生的位移小于传统的板桩码头结构。

Abstract:Combining with a reconstruction project of bulk cargo berth in a port area in China,this paper studies a new steel tubular-sheet pile structure produced by restructuring the high-pile wharf by a numerical analysis.A comparison between the numerical computing results and the theoretical results of a conventional type of sheet-pile wharf under earth pressure is made firstly to verify the accuracy of this numerical method.Then by choosing different 3D models which are built to study the soil boundaries,the influence on the wharf structural stress with respect to soil boundaries is analyzed.Finally,a 3D numerical simulation on the structure which is under the operating load is carried out to analyze the stress and displacement of the structure.It is discovered by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis that the boundary effect of soil can be neglected when the soil boundary reaches 60~80 m in this 3D numerical model.In addition,under the structural surface load,the earth pressure and the horizontal displacement produced by earth pressure of the new structure are less than those of the conventional sheet-pile wharf structure.
