| 摘 要： | 为实时监控门机各铰点轴承润滑状况,设计了门机集中润滑监控系统。分析了原润滑系统存在的问题。介绍了门机新的集中润滑监控系统的研究和方案设计。方案实施后取得很好的经济效益。该监控系统提高了安全性,降低了故障率,可在门机、装卸桥等大型设备上推广使用。
