| 摘 要： | 目前,国内对气瓶阀的生产和检验制定了相关标准,但是没有配套的型式试验测试系统来检验。采用2套PLC测控装置,设计了一套高压气瓶阀型式试验测试系统,给出了整个测试系统的设计方案以及软硬件设计。系统可对气瓶阀尤其高压气瓶阀是否符合相关标准进行全面的测试。管理计算机通过交换机与两套计算机测试系统组成基于PLC和监控组态的分布式系统,进行信息管理和共享。测试系统自动化程度比较高。

| Abstract: | At present,the state has issued several standards for the production and test of cylinder valves.But no suitable test system can be used to test the valve.A set of test system with a high-pressure cylinder valve is designed by using two sets of PLC.The design of the whole system and software and hardware is presented.The system can conduct an all-round test of the cylinder valve,especially a high-pressure cylinder value,to see whether it accords with the correlative criteria.The managerial computer,together with two sets of PLC makes up a distribution system based on PLC and monitoring configuration through the switch,therefor capable of performing information management and sharing.The test system is highly automotive. |
