钢铝复合接触轨的典型结构及其制造工艺

摘    要:介绍了典型的C型钢铝复合接触轨以及工字型双包式和外包式钢铝复合轨的结构与制造工艺.复合工艺主要有钢铝共挤复合、机械复合、机械加焊接复合等3种方式.通过综合分析认为,工字型双包式钢铝机械复合接触轨应该作为今后的发展方向.

Abstract:With a comparison between the structures and production technology of different steel-aluminum conduct rails,such as the compound production process of C-type and I-type conduct rail,including steel and aluminum extrusion,mechanical interlocking and weld,this paper holds that I-type steel aluminum mechanical compound conduct rail will lead the development of the third-rail in the future.
