| Abstract: | Through introducing the patent law of Qing Dynasty,Beiyang and the Republic of China,this thesis expounds the development ways,main content and changes of China's contemporary patent law from the patent law of Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,reflects the legislative conditions of China's contemporary patent law and proves it is the basis of the development of the modern patent law. |
