| 摘 要： | 针对大城市轨道交通大规模网络化建设的新特点,提出基于＂轨道交通网络的综合交通规划（Rail Base Planning,RBP）＂理念。首先简要回顾了城市交通规划理念的发展,分析RBP与传统交通规划的区别。结合世界城市轨道交通百余年演进历程,提出＂优化用地布局、优化交通结构、优化生态环境＂的RBP＂三优论＂,以及＂轨道交通网络引导圈层用地格局、轨道交通线路引导复合客流通道、轨道交通车站引导高强度用地开发＂的RBP＂三导法＂。在此基础上,结合上海市10余年的综合交通规划和轨道交通规划建设经验,探讨上海市在优化城市用地布局、加强轨道交通导向作用过程中对BPR理念的实践。
