横向整体式斜船架下水轮压校核

摘    要:横向整体式斜船架局部长度上承受的下水载荷较大时,可通过结构受力分析计算,校核走轮的轮压,确定其结构是否安全。计算中将斜船架托架视为刚性梁,纵梁及支承纵梁的斜横梁立柱视为托架刚性梁的弹性支座。先求出弹性支座的反力,再求得走轮轮压值。

Launching pressure check for wheels of integration side slipway cradle
Abstract:When the leunching load acted on local length of integration side slipuway cradle is larger, analysis and calculettbn of structure stress, pressurecheck of the rolling wheels can confirm that the structure is safety or not. The calcutotion is done under the assumptions that the pocking timbers isrigid beam, the longitudinal girders and the piltars of cross beams bearing the longitudinal girders supports of the rigid beam. Reaction forces ofelastic supports are firstly obtained, then the pressure of rolling wheels is solved.
