| 摘 要： | 不平衡报价是投标者在工程投标过程中经常使用的一种方法,目的是为了获得更多的收益。作者结合在公路投标中的实践经验,给出了公路工程不平衡报价常采用的几种策略,并从招标者和投资方的角度出发,追根溯源,阐述了在招标过程中应对不平衡报价的控制对策。
