关于包装企业质量管理模式的探讨

摘    要:
从分析全面质量管理开始,以全面质量管理为基础,根据"顾客完全满意"思想,提出包装质量管理体系螺旋上升式改进模式,并尝试在质量管理中加入第三方监理或客户代表来加强产品质量,同时考虑人文、社会环境对质量管理的影响,对于加强企业的质量管理水平,增强市场竞争力具有积极的作用。

Abstract:
To start with the analysis of total quality management, the spiral-rise improvement mode of packaging quality management system is proposed according to the idea of complete satisfaction of customers. In the mode, the third party supervisors or customer representatives join quality management, the impact of human circumstance and social circumstance on quality management is considered at the same time. The mode has positive effect on strengthening the quality management level of enterprises and the market competition ability.
