地铁暗挖车站预留核心土双侧壁导坑法施工技术

摘    要:以青岛地铁延安三路站为背景,详细阐述了地铁暗挖车站预留核心土双侧壁导坑法施工技术。该技术成功解决了传统双侧壁导坑法衬砌作业难度大、危险系数高、工期较长等问题,具有工序简单、施工速度快、节省成本、安全性高等优点。最后通过监控量测数据分析得知使用该方法地表沉降、拱顶沉降、收敛变化值均较小,适合城市地铁施工,对类似工程具有参考意义。

Abstract:With the Third Subway Station of the Yan'an Road in Qingdao as a practical example,the construction technique of double-side drift along the reserved core-soil used for the subway station is elaborated in the paper.Having the advantages of being simple in processes,quick in construction,effective in saving costs and good in security,the technique helps successfully solve the problems of the traditional double-side drift method being difficult in lining operations,high in the risk factor and long in construction duration.Finally,it is proved with the measured data that the surface subsidence,vault settlement and changes in the value of convergence are relatively small when this method is used for construction and thus the technique is suitable for the construction of urban subways.The project may serve as an important reference for other similar projects.
