船舶柴油机远程故障诊断研究

摘    要:对船舶柴油机的远程故障诊断系统进行了研究,介绍了该系统的总体结构,提出用IEEE802.3和IEEE802.11作为诊断网络的数据链路层协议,用TCP/IP作为系统的网络层和传输层协议,用JAVA技术解决远程数据通讯接口问题。并研究了用Khoenen神经网络作为船舶柴油机本地故障诊断工具,用基于规则的专家系统作远程故障诊断工具的实施方法。研究表明,船舶柴油机故障诊断系统切实可行,有望发展成为一种有价值的船舶监控系统。

Abstract:In this paper, a newly developed remote fault diagnosis system of marine diesel engine is presented. Firstly, its general configuration is introduced, in that IEEE802.3 and IEEE802.11 are used as the network data link layer protocols, TCP/IP is selected as the higher layer protocol, and JAVA technology is used to solve the remote communication problem. Secondly, the Kohonen neural network is taken as a local fault diagnosis tool and expert system technology as the remote diagnosis one. It can be concluded from the paper that the remote fault diagnosis system of marine diesel engine is a potential and useful diagnosis means.
