潭邵高速公路锚杆锚固质量无损检测技术及应用

摘    要:湖南潭邵高速公路高边坡工程治理中采用了大量的锚杆锚固治理方案,利用声频应力波在不同波阻抗面反射的能量和相位的变化原理,采用特殊的声波发射和接收装置,对该工程的锚杆锚固质量进行了检测,并对检测技术进行了探讨。结果表明,锚杆锚固质量的无损检测不仅可行,有效,而且取得了较好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:The Different treatment plans of anchor bar anchorage are adopted in high side slope engineering of Tan Shao Expressway. The special acoustic wave emission and receipt apparatus can be adopted to detect the anchorage quality of anchor bars by means of variation principle of the reflected energy and phase of audio frequency stress wave on the different wave impedance surface. Through the application of the detection technique to Tan Shao Expressway, it shows that the non destructive detection of anchorage quality of anchor bars is not only practicable and effective but also obtained better economic and social benefit for the construction of Tan Shao Expressway.
