地铁轨道施工常见问题及解决方案

研究目的:轨道施工已逐渐成为制约工程总工期的关键性工程.受各种外界因素影响,提高轨道施工进度和精度显得愈来愈迫切,本文在调查研究我国城轨交通工程已建成运营线路和正在实施线路的基础上,列举地铁轨道施工最常见的几个问题,并提出相应解决方案,为保证工程质量和总工期要求提供保障.研究结论:本文详细阐述了铺轨过程中经常遇到的增设辅助铺轨基地、钢轨焊接和立柱式道床施工等具体问题,得出结论如下:(1) 辅助铺轨基地应在考虑总工期要求的前提下合理设置;(2) 钢轨材质不同时焊接宜采用铝热焊;(3) 库内立柱式轨道应采用架轨法施工以保证施工精度.
