粤赣高速公路高填方路堤碾压工艺试验研究

摘    要:通过现场试验,比较了常规压实设备BMl8T和大吨位压实设备YZTY22T的压实效果,得到了提高碾压工作效率的工艺参数和方法,确认了采用大吨位压实设备进行越层压实和补强工艺处理先前层碾压盲、弱区的可行性.并分析了碾压产生的附加应力和堤身自重应力,在理论上论证了大吨位压实设备对减小高填方路堤工后沉降变形的作用,明确了高填方路堤工后沉降变形的原因,提出了加大高填方路堤施工压实度指标的工艺要求.

Abstract:In this paper,the parameters and method of improvement of rolling compaction work efficiency arediscussed.Taking the field test and comparing compaction result of normal compaction equipment BM18T and large tonnage equipment YZTY22T,the possibility of more layer compaction and reinforce to treat rolling compaction blind, weak area of the last layer by large tonnage compaction equipments are affirmed. And the large tonnage compaction equipment can reduce the settlement after construction of high fill embankment is illustrated from theory. Based on the analysis, the additional stress caused by rolling compaction and embankment geostatic stress are analyzed. The reasons of the settlement after construction of high fill embankment are confirmed at the same time. And the technical request of increasing the degree of compaction index of fill embankment construction is also put forward.
