WC-17%Co等离子喷涂层组织结构及磨损性能研究

摘    要:研究了等离子喷涂WC-17%Co涂层的显微结构、相组成、平均硬度和磨损形貌、耐磨性能。结果表明:涂层硬度较高,喷涂层发生了物相转变。涂层具有很高的耐磨性能,磨损机制以剥落磨损为主。

Abstract:Phase structure,hardness,wear morphology and characteristics of plasma spray coating of WC-17%Co are studied.As a result: the coating have a larger hardness,phase structure have been changed in the coating.The coating has the good ware resistance,and the ware mechanism of WC-17%Co coating is mainly delaminated by ware.
