摘    要:用GT-Power软件对某汽车消声器进行建模和仿真.通过建立3组在消声器壳体内壁粘贴不同吸声材料的模型,对其进行仿真对比分析。发现在消声器壳体内壁粘贴吸声材料,能提高消声器的插入损失。且随材料密度的增加,插入损失在低频段有较大的增加,而在中高频段变化不大。实验数据验证了采用GT-Power对消声器的插入损失进行仿真分析其结果是可信的。

Abstract:Mufflers with different noise absorption materials in 3 groups were built and simulated by GT-Power.We found installing noise absorption material in the muffler increased the insert-loss.Besides,with the increase of density of the material,the insert-loss would increase at the low frequency but had few affections at the mid-high frequency.The ex-perimental data manifests the result was creditable that adopting GT-Power to analyze the insert-loss of the silencer.
