铁路客运延伸服务产品知识图谱构建与应用研究

为使铁路客运延伸服务产品（简称：延伸服务产品）的信息能够更好、更快地触达用户，基于知识图谱技术，构建延伸服务产品知识图谱。在分析延伸服务产品特性的基础上，介绍其知识图谱的构建方法；结合实际需求，从产品搜索优化和推荐优化两个角度举例说明该知识图谱的应用效果。研究表明，该知识图谱能够帮助用户更快、更精准地获取延伸服务产品信息，对于提高延伸服务产品曝光率、提升用户转化率具有重要作用。

Construction and application of knowledge graph of railway passenger transport extended service products

In order to make the information of railway passenger transport extended service products (hereinafter referred to as extended service products) reach users better and faster, this paper constructed a knowledge graph of extended service products based on knowledge graph technology. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of extended service products, the paper introduced the construction method of its knowledge graph, combined with the actual demand, illustrated the application effect of this knowledge map with examples from the perspectives of product search optimization and recommendation optimization. The research shows that the knowledge graph can help users get the information of extended service products faster and more accurately, and plays an important role in improving the exposure rate of extended service products and user conversion rate.
