基于ADAMS仿真求解集装箱正面吊运机作业稳定系数

摘    要:应用ADAMS软件,通过实体建立模型并进行与现实作业相同的运行方式进行仿真,运用力矩平衡原理建立稳定系数的计算公式进行计算求解,得到在车体静止和以一定速度运动的状态中一系列工况下作业的稳定系数曲线,并取值与人工计算值相比较,结果更加具有说服力。结果对集装箱正面吊运机生产设计过程有参考价值,同时应用其对吊运机作业进行安全分析也是十分必要的。

Abstract:Based on the software of MSC-ADAMS, simulate the running methods accord with the real condition by establishing the matrix, establishing the equation of the stability coefficient and come to an solution to get a series of coefficient curves when the container is still and at a certain speed, compare to the value we counted and make the result logical. And the result has much reference value to the design and the manufacture of the container obverse crane; also it is necessary to analyze the security coefficient when applying in the working.
