| 摘 要： | 结合港口起重机的工作特点,介绍了基于名义应力法的起重机金属结构安全使用期估算方法与步骤,并对构件S-N曲线的确定和应力数据的采集处理进行了研究.结合实例进行了计算分析.根据计算结果和现场检测情况综合分析,对结构的巡检周期给出了建议年限.

| Abstract: | According to the working features of port crane,safe life prediction process of crane metal structure based on nominal stress method is introduced in this paper.Structure S-N curve and stress data disposal are studied.At the end of t his paper,a calculation example is given.The prediction and analysis method can be used for reference while crane checking up period and maintenance decision are made. |
