摘    要:在对某铁路分局洗涤废水进行水解酸化 MBR(膜生物反应器)和单独MBR两种处理工艺中试的基础上,对COD、阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)、NH3-N、总磷(TP)的处理效果和处理机理进行了分析讨论,并对试验中膜污染的机理进行了分析研究.试验结果表明,COD主要是靠活性较高的好氧微生物来降解的,LAS主要靠异养菌来分解的,MBR中的同步硝化反硝化可以去除NH3-N,磷在MBR中有富集;膜污染主要受沉积过滤定律控制.

Abstract:Based on the pilot-scale experiments of treating railway washes by hydrolytic-acidification-MBR and MBR processes, the treatment effect and treatment mechanism of COD, LAS, NH3-N and TP are ana lyzed and probed. Furthermore, the membrane fouling mechanism is analyzed. The results of the experiments show that COD is degraded by active aerobes, LAS is mainly degraded by heterotrophic bacteria, and NH3-N can be degraded in simultaneous nitrification and denitrification process. However, phosphorus is accumulated in MBR. The membrane fouling process adjusts the cake filtration law.
