山西中南部铁路30t轴重75kg/m钢轨重载道岔设计研究

摘    要:30 t轴重重载运输是货物运输的主要发展方向之一。结合山西中南部铁路的建设,前期研究开发了30 t轴重60 kg/m钢轨12号、18号重载道岔,经在既有线上道试验,总体使用效果良好。但根据目前的相关技术标准,30 t轴重重载线路应使用75 kg/m钢轨,为此有必要研究开发75 kg/m钢轨重载道岔。简要介绍75 kg/m钢轨12号、18号重载道岔的研究设计,包括平面线型及结构设计,通过增大导曲线半径、尖轨加宽技术,设置轨撑、采用镶嵌式合金钢组合辙叉和高锰钢组合辙叉(爆炸硬化)等优化道岔结构设计,经动力学仿真分析研究表明:75 kg/m钢轨重载道岔的结构部件位移及加速度均低于标准限值,并且能够满足行车安全性要求。

Design and Research on Heavy-Haul Railway Turnout for 75kg/m Rail with 30t Axle Load Used in Central and Southern Shanxi Railway

Abstract:Heavy-haul railway transportation with 30t axle load is one of the main development directions for goods transportation. In the early days,combining with the construction of Central and SouthernShanxi Railway,we had researched and developed the heavy-haul railway turnout No. 12 and No. 18 for60 kg /m rail with 30t axle load; and by means of field test on existing railway lines it could be seen that the overall application effect had been good. But according to the current technical standards,the heavy-haul railway of 30t axle load should be with 75 kg /m steel rail. So it is necessary to research and develop heavy-haul railway turnout for 75 kg /m rail. In this study,the research and design of the heavy-haul railway turnout No. 12 and No. 18 for 75 kg /m rail were introduced,including the horizontal geometric shape and structure design. Meanwhile,some technical measures were employed to optimize the structure design of this turnout,such as increasing the radius of derived curve,widening the switch rail,installing the rail brace,using inlaid alloy steel composite frog,as well as using high manganese steel frog( explosion hardening),and so on. The result of analysis and research of dynamics simulation shows that all the displacements and accelerated speeds of the structural components of the heavy-haul railway turnout for 75 kg /m rail are less than the allowable values,and can meet the safety requirement of train operation
