摘 要: | 结合芜湖袁泽桥主桥施工,介绍国内首座带副拱中承式菱形变截面钢管混凝土系杆拱桥主拱肋安装技术,主要包括主拱肋的安装工艺、缆索吊机及扣挂系统的设计、拱肋A段支撑架的设计及作业平台搭设、测量控制、焊接标准的采用及安装尺寸标准等内容,为类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract: | This paper was based on the construction of main bridge of the Wuhu Yuanze Bridge,the first one in China in the form of concrete-filled steel tubular half-through tied-arch bridge with vice arch and rhombic variable cross-section. This paper expounded the installation technology of the main arch rib of this bridge,mainly including how to install the main arch rib,how to design the cable crane and buckling-anchoring system,how to design the support frame used in section A of the arch rib,how to erect the work platforms,how to achieve measurement and controlling,how to adopt welding standard and mounting dimension standard,etc.,so as to provide reference for similar projects. |
