| 摘 要： | 铁路绿色通道建设是铁路运输基础设施的重要组成部分,也是国土绿化的重要组成部分。为确保铁路绿色通道的建设真正有效实施,就绿色通道实施过程中存在的问题和难点进行分析阐述,并针对存在的问题提出相应对策,即提高建设标准、保障绿色通道建设用地、改善施工条件并提高绿色通道养护标准等。

| Abstract: | Green railway passage construction is an important component, not only in railway transportation infrastructure construction but also in land greening construction. In order to ensure effective implementation of green railway passage construction,in this paper,the existing problems and difficulties in the implementation process were analyzed and expounded; and then corresponding solution schemes were proposed,for example,improving construction standard,ensuring construction land of green railway passage,improving construction condition,raising maintenance standard and so on. |
