有机硅烷浸渍技术在寒冷地区机场混凝土道面中的应用研究

摘    要:以东北某机场扩建机坪道面为背景,制成不同混凝土配合比条件下的有机硅烷道面浸渍试件,研究不同配合比与硅烷浸渍深度、渗水深度、氯离子吸收量、抗冻融次数的相关性;采用较佳配合比的混凝土浇筑机场道面试验段,并进行有机硅烷浸渍和钻芯取样检验。研究结果表明:硅烷浸渍与引气剂结合使用可有效地降低混凝土道面渗水性,减少氯离子吸收量,提高抗冻融次数,从而提高道面的耐久性,可在寒冷地区机场道面推广使用。

Study on Application of Organic Silane Impregnating in Airport Concrete Pavement in Cold Area

Abstract:For apron pavement reconstructed in a airport in the northeast, the specimen impregnated by organic silane in different concrete proportions were prepared so as to study the correlations between the proportion, impregnating depth, water seepage depth, amount of chloride ion absorption, and number of freeze-thaw resistance. The test section was placed with the concrete in better proportion, then impregnated with organic silane, and inspected by drilling core. The study result shows that silane impregnating together with air-entraining agent may reduce water permeability of concrete pavement and chloride ion absorption, increase number of freeze-thaw resistance, thus enhance the pavement’s durability, which could be spread in cold area.
