路基压实连续检测系统在兰新二线路基工程中的应用

摘    要:针对传统路基压实度检测方法中存在的不足,结合兰新二线试验段,采用智能压实连续检测系统,在不同的压实条件下对A,B两组填料的压实效果进行评价,同时进行智能压实连续检测系统检测与传统压实质量检测(VAV,K30和K)对比试验。结果表明:智能压实连续检测系统对填料类型、含水量、压实速度和压实功敏感性较好,和常规检测结果有很好的相关性,并具有检测速度快、适用性好等优点。

Application of Continuous Compaction Detection System in Subgrade Engineering on the Second Line of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway

Abstract:With regard to the deficiencies in traditional method for compaction detection, this paper, on the test section of the second line of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway, applied intelligent continuous compaction detection system to make the evaluation on compaction effect of fillers in Group A B under different compaction conditions and, simultaneously, carried out the comparison test between this system and the traditional method (VAV, K30 and K). The results show that the intelligent continuous compaction detection system has good sensitivity against filler type, moisture content, compaction speed and compaction effort, and relates to the results of routine test. It is of fast detection speed and good applicability.
