基于CMOS线阵相机地铁隧道裂缝快速检测系统

摘    要:使用CMOS线阵相机系统如何快速检测地铁隧道裂缝,以北京地铁1号线大望站—南礼士路站和其它相关站区,对CMOS线阵相机检测系统进行试验研究。结果表明:采用CMOS线阵相机及图像处理系统,将相机及光源系统安装在检测车尾外部,不间断电源、计算机服务器和发电机等配套设备安装在检测车内部,由铁路轨道车作为牵引动力,在采取一系列操作程序和改进措施后,能够实现隧道病害裂缝的快速检测。

Fast Detection System for Metro Tunnel Crack Based on CMOS Line-scan Digital Camera

Abstract:How to rapidly detect the metro tunnel crack with CMOS line-scan digital camera, experimental investigation is carried out for CMOS line-scan digital camera by Dawang Station-Nanlishilu Road Station and other relevant station area of Beijing Metro Line 1. The results show the tunnel crack can be rapidly camera by CMOS line-scan digital camera and an image process system after the camera and light source system are installed outside the trail of a detecting vehicle, such supporting equipments as UPS, computer server, generator, etc. are installed in the detecting vehicle, a track car is used as traction power and a series of operation procedures and improvement measures are implemented.
