| Abstract: | At present,the maritime industry is facing a series of new challenges.Aiming at the problems and reasons faced by the maritime industry in key areas of innovation,it proposes some countermeasures to promote the maritime industry to achieve innovation breakthroughs in key areas from the three aspects of“activating initiative,exerting supervision and eliminating universality”. |
